【Keynote Speech】High-end Equipment Design and Manufacturing Collaboration and Integration Control System
【Biography】Dr. Shanlin Yang, Prof., Academician of CAE. He has long been engaged in scientific research and talent cultivation in the fields of decision science and information system technology. He currently serves as the Director of the Academic Committee of Hefei University of Technology, Director of the National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data Circulation and Trading Technology, Director of the National-Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Intelligent Decision and Information Systems, Director of the Key Laboratory of Process Optimization and Intelligent Decision of the Ministry of Education, and Director of the Key Laboratory of Data Science and Smart Social Governance of the Ministry of Education. He has received two second-class National Science and Technology Progress Awards, one first-class Natural Science Award from the Ministry of Education, one first-class Humanities and Social Sciences Award from the Ministry of Education, and six first-class provincial and ministerial-level Science and Technology Progress Awards. He has also been awarded three second-class National Teaching Achievement Awards and the National Excellent Textbook Award. He has published over 400 academic papers in domestic and international journals and conferences, authored and published five academic books, and holds more than 50 authorized patents. He has received the National May 1st Labor Medal, the Achievement Award for Returned Overseas Scholars, the First National Innovation and Advancement Award, the National Excellent Teaching Award for Higher Education, the National Model Teacher, and the National Advanced Individual in Textbook Construction. He has also been honored with the Fudan Management Outstanding Contribution Award, the Cheng Siwei Global Award, and the Lifetime Achievement Award in System Science and System Engineering from the Chinese Society for Systems Engineering.
【Abstract】Aircraft engine development is a significantly complex system engineering endeavor that requires the profound integration of technology and management. It is characterized by high investment, high entry barriers, substantial returns, and extended development cycles. The development process involves numerous technical components, resource elements, management factors, and their associated engineering organizational activities. It necessitates the integration of various disciplines such as materials, manufacturing, physics, information, and electronics. Organizing development efforts across different departments, industries, and regions is essential for successful completion. Integrated design and manufacturing control for high-end equipment development refer to the supporting technology that facilitates the complete integration and optimization of the entire development process, including design, development, and production of high-end equipment. This is a product of the intersection and fusion of manufacturing, information, and management technologies. The integrated design and manufacturing control system for high-end equipment development serves as the cornerstone that connects digital manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, and networked manufacturing, facilitating the digitization of the manufacturing industry. This report will focus on the integrated intelligent control technology for technical management processes during the development of high-end equipment, manufacturability intelligent analysis and assisted design technology, intelligent analysis and management of component maturity, and the core technological aspects of the integrated intelligent design and manufacturing platform.
